John Spain and I went up to Mt. Desert to visit spend a few nights in a campground, visit Hinckley, and do some hiking. There is a moment as you go out onto a dock that is always exciting for me, leaving the earthbound static terra firma and getting out on the water. The boats assembled on the floating docks on this morning are being prepped for hauling. It's such a beautiful day it's a pity to be taking the boats out. |
