Cheers to a new year. As amazing as 2016 was for us here at Maine Art, we are looking forward to 2017. It is our twentieth year as Maine Art, and we have filled the season with so many exciting and new events to share with you.
Over the course of the winter, we will keep you informed of everything Maine Art in a variety of ways. Not only can you receive emails by joining our mailing list, but we will continue to use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest as our social media venues. Each has a different purpose, and daily posting is something for all of us to look forward to. We not only welcome you to follow us, but invite you to share our posts with friends and family who may also enjoy Maine Art. Look for updated show schedules, visits from artists, new work, artist demonstrations and, of course, the calendar for the 20th Anniversary Show.
Note that in 2017, our website will be ever changing and remains the best source for all new artwork and artist information. It is directly connected to our inventory. New works are added daily, and you will never see a piece of work that isn’t presently available. It is also where you will find our blog. The blog is updated weekly during the off-season, and bi-weekly during the summer. You will find insights from artists, show schedules, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport events and so much more. This is a place for you to get to know our artists, as well as who we are as a gallery.
The upcoming year is going to be a great one. We can’t wait to see you and share this exciting time. Don’t forget Maine Art Paintings and Sculpture is open year-round with winter hours posted on the website. Maine Art Shows will re-open in June with the Choice Art Show during the Kennebunkport Festival. Hope to see you soon!
